My work sits at the intersection of human behavior, large-scale systems, and practical product decisions. I
focus on how people discover, interpret, and trust information in modern search experiences, especially as
AI generated answers become a primary entry point.
Over the years I have led teams across industry to design research programs that are rigorous enough to
publish and concrete enough to influence roadmaps, launch decisions, and product narratives.
My methodology blends qualitative and quantitative approaches — diary studies, in-depth interviews, and
large-scale behavioral analysis often run in parallel on the same question. That combination is what lets
findings hold up both in a research paper and in a product review.
